Ever since we released our patterned paper crane design in the Fall of 2015, we've barely been able to keep it in stock. Pullovers, scoop neck tees, and scarves alike--it's clear that everyone else loves origami as much as we do! Now, we've done what any reasonable people would do in a situation like this: printed the cranes in the largest size that will fit on our screen printing press, using seafoam green and mint inks, on maxi skirts. It was really the next logical conclusion.
The skirts are constructed from an eco jersey fabric featuring partially recycled polyester, some organic cotton, and naturally-occurring rayon. The bottom hem is a raw edge for flowy, soft draping. Skirt length is 42", perfect if you're 5'7" or more, but the banded waist folds over comfortably for the more petite among us. (Also, please note that the first time you wash the skirt, it will get a little shorter, and if you put it in the dryer, it will get shorter still. So to some degree, you can control the finished length of your skirt. If you're tall and you wish to preserve as much of the length as possible, please hang to dry.)
Please note that these skirts do run as small as they sound. Our model is wearing a Medium.
